Volunteer Coordination: Coordinate and develop volunteers for specific events and fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives, ensuring they are engaged and feel ownership of the mission.
Strategic Resource Mobilization:
Major and Mid-Level Donor Engagement: Manage a targeted portfolio to cultivate and steward gifts, with a focus on increasing both the number of mid-level and major gift contributions.
Donor Community Building: Build a pipeline of engaged, committed supporters at all levels of giving, using political education and relational events to deepen their investment in the mission.
Systems and Strategy:
Work with leadership to refine and execute a sustainable individual giving strategy, integrating donor work with overall organizing and program goals.
Ensure robust systems are in place for tracking, acknowledging, and stewarding relationships to ensure long-term retention and loyalty.
Implementing and managing data and communications systems to keep track donors, donations, volunteers, fundraisers, supporters, and activists to sustain the work
Develop and execute strategy for fundraising and organizing that supports movement building and ecosystems of organizations
